The first time I saw this elk crossing the street was, you guessed it, in my rear-view mirror.  I decided the best shot could be taken right from my seat, not to mention getting out of the car could have frightened the other elk less than twenty feet away.

Simplifying this shot by cropping out the bright red leaves above the golden yellow ones helped give this fall photo a cozy, gentle feel.  The morning mist off the pond helped out a bit, too.

Who knew a ukulele could look so sexy?  The camera angle on this ukulele's hips, along with excellent lighting and a golden tan, make this pose so good even a supermodel would envy it.

Ever felt like a little cloud follows you everywhere you go?  Hopefully this vacation cloud isn't spoiling the fun for my dad and two sisters.

Getting the camera low to the sand made the girls appear to jump higher, making this photo even more uplifting.

This iguana thinks he's pretty cool, at least that's what you would expect with that smug look on his face.  The smiling lady in the background sure seems impressed with him.

The photograph of this plant removes the base and the leaves, and instead focuses on the stems.  In my opinion, their pattern has the same rhythm as Wachovia's sweeping logo.  That's why I have it displayed prominently at my work desk.
